Jeff Gerstmann is a reviewer I trust. Whilst he doesn't love Killzone Shadow Fall's single player campaign he does objectively talk about the features that are good and which some players might enjoy. This is a step up from the partisan 'journalists' who gave scores of 3 and 4 out of 10 because Jeff is not reviewing with an agenda to punish Sony for the New York review event. He is just sharing his experience, bad and good, and trys to help readers make an informed decision.
I'd like it if the Deja Vu mission, which features a replay of some MGS1 events, had updated graphics instead of the retro style. As there wasn't an MGS1 HD remake it would be nice to see the game with new visuals.

That's a lot of games, some exclusives and third-party titles. It makes you wonder why Polygon & The Verge mark the PS4 hardware down for a 'lack of games' when there is actually a strong spread of software.
The consensus of some developers is the PS4 is somewhat more powerful than the Xbox One but many USA media outlets are marking the PS4 down because of the software.
However both PS4 and Xbox One have a boatload of launch games and they don't take account that some people prefer the PS4 games. Also I want to see the hardware reviewed.
Unless the writer of this drivel knows for a fact that the women in the photos have all had plastic surgery by the same surgeon, then it is a gross generalisation made on the basis of race to say these women all look the same. They don't.
They are similar in that they are likely of Korean ethnicity, but to say they all look the same is the opinion of a person who cannot see beyond the fact they are different to his own racial background.
@Concertoine. Yes I got the BF4 frame rate wrong - my mistake.
But the reason I mentioned the XB one was that it is a brand new next-gen console and many of it's games are in 30fps so it would be silly to say that the Vita, a nearly 2 year old handheld, should be able to perform better.

Every review I've read alludes to the fact that it is the best looking console game ever and the gameplay is average or good depending on who you read.
The way US Gamer and Polygon describe it, Killzone is one of the worst games of modern times. If it turns out that PS4 customers say it isn't then some serious questions need to be asked why these media outlets are grading so low? I actually can't wait to see to decide for mys...

The Xbox One is a full powered next-gen console which displays most games including Battlefield at 30fps and you expect a handheld that is streaming the gameplay from a different system over a Wi-Fi connection to perform better than the Xbox One?! We all get caught up in the console-wars but keep it real!
The future is the Polygon/Microsoft business model, where a company sponsors major websites in return for favourable editorial.
Unless YOU make a stand against it. When you see injustice and poor or corrupt journalism stand up and fight against it, SAY that it is wrong.
This PS4 article from MSN is much more balanced than the anti-Sony bilge from Polygon.
Stop for a second to take that little detail in... Microsoft is less anti-Sony than Polygon!
The so called journalist are frightened of giving the 'wrong' grade and are waiting to see what the consensus of their peers say.
Personally I would appreciate some journalists to have the courage of their convictions and do a thorough review of the PS4 and say what they think and stand by it.

This guy is a fanboy. It's ok to prefer one controller but this dude used it as a basis to say the call do duty review is better on Xb one.
So Videogamer are reviewing these games BUT FOR SOME MYSTERIOUS REASON ARE NOT GIVING THEM A SCORE....
IGN say "Looking at them side by side the difference is noticeable... but the PS4 version looks discernibly more detailed then the Xbox One. You'll notice sharper edges, weapons and character models as a result of the higher resolution."
So IGN say yes PS4 version is superior but it won't matter if you have an Xbox One you will still enjoy the game and won't feel like you are missing anything it's also much improved over 360 version.

It was a very clever marketing term coined by Sony.
I'm really pleased to see how it has also been taken up by Xbox users who have been inspired by the legacy of PlayStation. My contribution, Halo 2. It took the great gameplay of the first and added online gameplay. Back then it was so amazing.
